About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic, diligent Team Leader to join our small, friendly family business.

The position involves daily communication with various clients, employees, and contacts, being approachable and working well under pressure.
The hours are: Monday to Friday - 8.30am - 4.30pm
(plus only 1 in 5 weekends on call with allowances) Attractive pay rate, fuel allowance & work environment.
Casual leading to Permanent.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to: Interviewing and onboarding new staff Maintaining weekly roster & rostering staff leave requirements Organising and facilitating staff training & performance management Assisting with incident reporting and risk management Meeting new clients & understanding client needs including rostering requirements Monitoring client goals & any health or mobility changes Attending stakeholder meetings Skills and experience: The ideal candidate will be a leader who is passionate about working with people with a disability and understands the inner workings & requirements of the disability support industry.
Previous industry experience required Evidence of leadership ability Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail, computer planning skills to manage multiple priorities Client-oriented with a genuine desire to support your customers Enjoy leading a team and building a positive environment Adapt and adjust to changing work environments Be a people person! Pay: From $34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
