.Provide support to the Director MPES in the collection and enforcement of monetary penalties. Take a lead role in the effective delivery of services by coordinating enforcement-based activities, supervision and training of team members, management of resources and community liaison.

Hours per fortnight73.50 hours per fortnight- flexible options available.
DutiesIn consultation with the Director develop, implement and deliver appropriate plans and strategies for the recovery of outstanding monetary penalties within a defined region.Coordinate, supervise and attend enforcement-based field operations state-wide.Provide training, supervision and front-line management to assigned team members.Undertake complex analysis and enforcement activities including the preparation of correspondence, reports and other documentation as required.Coordinate the delivery of advocacy services to disadvantaged clients and relevant stakeholders, including assisting the Director in attending to community-based forums and discussions.As directed provide assistance to all areas of the Monetary Penalties Enforcement Service.Pre-employment ChecksThe Head of State Service has determined that the person nominated for this vacancy is to satisfy a pre-employment check before taking up the appointment, promotion or transfer.

•Drug and alcohol related offences
•Crimes involving dishonesty
•Crimes involving deception

•Malicious damage and destruction to property

•Crimes involving Conspiracy
