We have a proven track record of supporting and contributing towards our communities to achieve big things.About the roleAs Senior Branch Manager you'll be responsible for building the strategic plan for the bank to gain market share for the localised area. You will use your business development skills to build long-term connections with local community groups, stakeholders and partners to drive business opportunities for the branch(es). Participation in your local community initiatives is an expectation of the position where travel, weekend work or work out of hours may be required on occasion.This position is located at the Launceston branch. The role is permanent, full time.
