This role will include: Maintaining a safe working environment by demonstrating themselves & leading all team members on site to follow safety rules, guidelines & work practices.Being able to perform as well as coordinate others in all section functions with a positive approach that builds team morale.Coordinating and performing training to equip team members to be able to work safely, produce quality outcomes and achieve productivity KPI's.Perform workforce planning & workflow management activities to ensure our teams are fully utilised & productive.Raising safety related information in HIIQA and assist in coordinating / participate in OHS investigations and audits.Flagging and escalating concerns, be they behavioural, safety or in breach Company policies or procedures.What experience do I have?
