We have an opening in the Hume region for a Team Leader - Albury to join our dynamic team.

About the Position As a Team Leader, you will oversee the implementation of individualised supports within supported independent living accommodation settings (SIL/Group Homes). You will strengthen the knowledge and abilities of our Support Worker team to ensure a person-centered and high-quality culture within the program.
You will provide direct support and lead your team across a range of customer needs including domestic and personal care assistance as well as assisting our customers to access and have a positive connection to the community. This position ensures the operation of an allotted SIL/s with administrative functions whilst providing leadership and mentoring to a team of Disability Support Workers to support and develop skill capacity.
This position is Part-time Permanent with ongoing rostered hours per fortnight and will commence as soon as possible. Availability would be required 6am to 7pm Monday to Friday.
Requirements Ability and willingness to work across operating hours Resilience, confidence and the ability to work independently and as a team Strong communication skills with the ability to develop positive relationships Previous experience using hoist Ability to take clients swimming, and participate in swimming activities What's on Offer?
