About the Position As a Team Leader, you will oversee the implementation of individualised supports within supported independent living accommodation settings (SIL/Group Homes). You will strengthen the knowledge and abilities of our Support Worker team to ensure a person-centered and high-quality culture within the program.
You will provide direct support and lead your team across a range of customer needs including domestic and personal care assistance as well as assisting our customers to access and have a positive connection to the community. This position ensures the operation of an allotted SIL/s with administrative functions whilst providing leadership and mentoring to a team of Disability Support Workers to support and develop skill capacity.
This position is Part-time Permanent with ongoing rostered hours per fortnight and will commence as soon as possible. Availability would be required 6am to 7pm Monday to Friday.
