Are you an enthusiastic, committed and experienced Team Leader with a passion for supporting your clients and helping to lead a small team under our Active Support model? Join a caring organisation where it's all about enhancing inclusion, independence, and the well-being of our clients and staff.

As a 'for-purpose' organisation providing Supported Independent Living (SIL) to individuals with a range of sensory impairments and additional disabilities, our focus is to create opportunities for our clients to enhance their independence, inclusion, and well-being.
Forsight was established in 1978 by a group of parents and teachers wanting to ensure their children had a pathway to independent living as young adults and beyond. Their mission has expanded to include people with a range of sensory impairments and disabilities, supporting a growing number of clients in homes. The love and dedication of those original parents and teachers remains at the heart of all we do.
With 18 shared accommodation homes across Greater Sydney and the Illawarra and growing, our mission is to provide high-quality care and improve the quality of life for our clients.
