Team Leader Department of Communities and Justice Housing Services | Southern & Western NSW Ongoing Opportunity Location: Dubbo and Orange - Regional NSW Ongoing opportunities x 2 Salary range $ $120,859 - $ $133,183 plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading Your Role The Team Leader manages the day-to-day work of housing client service teams, providing direction, support and feedback for all team members to facilitate delivery of quality outcomes; contributes to asset and service delivery planning and makes decisions in relation to asset utilisation and maintenance.
To be successful, you must be able to work from either Dubbo or Orange Office locations.
What you'll do The role is pivotal in managing key relationships within a geographical area and in relation to specific housing services as well as managing the implementation of change within the team.
Within the role you will promote and participate in community building programs and whole of government initiatives to strengthen communities and enhance opportunities for community participation.
As Team Leader you will also work collaboratively with other service delivery teams within the district to enhance access, effectiveness, quality of service delivery and client outcomes.
What we're looking for In addition to meeting the essential requirements, the successful candidate must demonstrate strong capabilities in: Will need to be able to motivate and encourage team/unit to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients and the department, in a high-volume work environment.
Will need to be able to research and analyse information and make decisions based on relevant evidence.
Can communicate effectively to efficiently foster and manage key stakeholder engagement, both internal and externally Essential Requirements Possession of Current/Valid Driving licence.
