Whether it's improving your commute, keeping the lights on, providing access to clean water or transforming skylines, our work helps people and communities thrive.Here, you will have freedom to grow in a world of opportunity.Job DescriptionDue to an internal promotion, AECOM's Highways Team in Sydney is looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our senior management team.Working with a high performing team of engineers, scientists, designers, and drafters with a passion for digital delivery, you will be supporting the team in winning, managing, and delivering projects across a diverse range of Transport projects.Some of your responsibilities would include:Create a great place to work aligned with our cultural aspirations by developing high performing, motivated, and engaged teams via Performance Planning, Performance Management, appropriate Reward and Recognition, learning and development opportunities, engagement, attraction, and retention strategies.Successfully govern and deliver a program of projects i.e.
adequately resourced, delivered on time / on budget, client satisfaction.Drive technical excellence and exceptional project delivery including representation at Technical Practice Networks.Support winning work aligned with our ANZ Strategy.Input into developing the regional business plan for the business line and support the implementation of ANZ strategy and initiatives.QualificationsWe are looking for a motivated leader who brings out the best in people and fosters an environment that promotes a diverse and inclusive space.The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don't tick all the boxes you could still be a perfect fit for this role.
