About this role: Due to continued growth within the region we are looking for an experienced Senior Technician who is looking to build their career in the Fire industry. The position will entail Operations, Contracts and Account Management.
You will provide leadership to a team of Technicians, overseeing the day to day activities and customer relationship management.
What you will do: Hands-on role, leading the field team to achieve operational KPIsDrive operational excellenceCustomer account management and business developmentSupport Service Team Manager with Asset managementSupport Account Manager with monthly reporting and L&M forecastingApprove time sheets, purchase orders, change orders and creditsComply work programs and review for accuracy, adequacy and feasibilityManage sub-contractorsPrepare quotes and review/approve technician quotesPeople development – training and development of TechniciansWhat are we looking for: Degree or equivalent from a Technical / Trade School with relevant industry fire trade license and five (5) years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experiencePeople management experienceProven management skills in achieving results, including financial, goal setting, planning and reviewDemonstrates strong technical subject matter expertise to foster credibility, loyalty, trust and commitmentCustomer orientationSound commercial and business acumenExcellent negotiating skills with the objective of achieving WIN/WIN outcomesExcellent initiative, and interpersonal communications skills both in writing and verballyIf you are interested in this role, please click the apply button!
