Team Leader - Field Maintenance We have an exciting opportunity available for a Team Leader - Field Maintenance to join the APA Networks team in Kidman Park SA, on a Permanent Full-time basis. Reporting to the Field Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for the onsite daily lead and control of direct and contract labour personnel responsible for the safe and timely delivery of the required works.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate, prioritise and safely carry out all required tasks to install or repair the Natural Gas asset as well as responding to emergency repair work. Lead responses to gas leaks, installations, disconnections and reconnections of services, alterations to mains, meters and general repair work to underground gas pipelines and other relevant Network Assets, e.g., regulators and meters. Supervision and training of other employees performing technical procedures or administrative functions to ensure compliance with APA policies and procedures. Ensure effective and proactive working relationships with internal customers. Maintain a safe working environment for all employees by recognizing, understanding and making safe hazardous situations and ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental regulations. About You Knowledge of the gas industry and the technical aspects of maintaining a gas network in keeping with AS/NZS 4645:1 2008 Gas Distribution Networks and relevant company procedures and work instructions. Advanced leadership, mentoring and coaching skills. Understands customer needs and takes personal responsibility for delivering customer service standards. Ability to anticipate workloads based on firm historical and statistical information. Driver's License C, Truck Licence MR or HR and medium level computer skills.
