This position is a rare opportunity for an established Employment Consultant to take the next step up and provide support to help our staff who are helping the clients!
You'll likely already be the 'go-to' person in your current position – the person that knows systems, hits targets and delivers creative solutions. With a friendly, approachable personality, you will support the Area Manager to guide, mentor and develop staff at all levels.
This role manages an agreed caseload in another location.
The day to day Support the Area Manager to analyse data to identify performance gaps and development opportunities. Assist with monthly caseload reviews and activity referral reviews. Improve progress payment processes and streamline payment generation. Set an example by delivering best practice when assisting clients to secure and maintain employment. Assist with onboarding and ongoing training/coaching of new employees. We offer:
