The Team Leader Enterprise Systems will be leading the optimisation, implementation and rationalisation of Enterprise Applications.
Responsibilities:Lead and manage the Enterprise Systems team, providing guidance and support to team members.Take an Enterprise approach to Corporate systems.Collaborate with various departments to ensure systems meet organisational needs.Continuously look to optimise enterprise platforms through reviews and workshops to identify efficiencies and rationalisation of solutions and systems.Manage contracts, upgrades, and vendor service level agreements while informing future product roadmaps.Oversee enterprise systems, including product lifecycle management, upgrades, and maintenance aligning capabilities and enterprise systems.Centralise enterprise support models, partnering with the business, and providing oversight of subject matter experts for enterprise systems and applications and the business support working groups.This position is based at Sunshine Coast City Hall, in the heart of Maroochydore CBD. This state-of-the-art and sustainable building is designed to achieve an innovative and collaborative workspace.
About you:You will possess proven experience to work closely with business and vendor partners to enable strategic outcomes, with high-level interpersonal and communication skills.
You will have demonstrated excellent analytical, planning, organisational and leadership skills, strong people management, emotional intelligence, and experience to confidently and positively lead and empower others.
As a requirement of this role, you will have a formal relevant qualification (Degree) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or other discipline which includes subjects in computing fundamentals, business and systems analysis, problem resolution, project management and business process workflow design and/or extensive knowledge and experience managing a team in an ICT environment.
