Team Leader - Disability Support Services Are you passionate about empowering people with disabilities and leading a team to make a real difference?
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our dedicated disability support team. In this role, you will provide leadership, guidance, and operational management to ensure high-quality support services are delivered to clients, helping them achieve their goals and live independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and support a team of disability support workers. Assist with coordinating and managing staff rosters to meet service delivery needs. Ensure compliance with NDIS quality standards, policies, and procedures. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders. Collaborate with clients to develop individual support plans. Monitor and report on service outcomes, team performance, and client progress. Promote a positive, inclusive, and person-centred culture within the team. About You:
Proven experience in disability, community, or social services (leadership experience preferred). Strong understanding of NDIS principles and guidelines. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs. High level of emotional intelligence and empathy. Relevant qualifications in Community Services, Disability, or related fields (desirable). Valid driver's license and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain). Why Join Us?
