We are now seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our exceptionally talented team in Southbank, Melbourne.
Not only is the Team Leader responsible for the businesses CSAT score, they will also lead, coach and develop all Customer Service Agents and function as the primary contact for all customer escalations.
What we are looking for:
Someone that is experienced in leading teams of customer service agents. Flexibility, this role would suit someone who is very flexible with a variety of shifts available. You will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and be extremely passionate about customer service and travel! Someone that can ensure that team quality and productivity KPIs are achieved. Previous experience in the Travel industry – either customer support/bookings or front office is preferred but not required. Likewise, if you have previous experience of Salesforce it would be beneficial. If you enjoy providing exceptional customer service and strive to ensure your team is always high performing then this could be the right opportunity for you!
