We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, client-centred, and innovative leader to support our vibrant Community Access team.
This position will be covering areas from Umina to Cessnock to Port Stephens.
Willingness to travel is essential.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you'll be entrusted to drive real impact with your inspiring hands-on approach and innovative approach in achieving client choice, empowerment, and goals.
You will thrive with your expertise in team leadership, empathic support, stakeholder management, quality & compliance, and administration.

You can flexibly lead and collaborate in a dynamic team environment with a strong sense of ownership You have a flair for creativity (or you can inspire creativity in other others) and can turn ideas into reality You have the demonstrated ability to engage, communicate and build partnerships with a diverse range of people You have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal If you have a background in Disability Services as a Team Leader within the community services space, have demonstrated experience supporting clients with behaviours & are tech savvy, then this opportunity is made for you.
