Fulfilling the role of the Municipal Recovery Manager.Leading the Community Resilience and Emergency Management team in their legislative responsibilities and proactive community resilience projects.Developing and managing training and exercising for the organisation to ensure it meets its responsibilities in emergencies.Chairing the Mornington Peninsula Municipal Emergency Management Planning Committee and other relevant committees and working groups.Developing and coordinating training of Council staff and contractors in emergency management awareness and activities.About You Demonstrated experience or tertiary qualification in emergency management, community engagement or other related fields.Innovative thinker and passionate about building community resilience.Experience in local government or other complex organisations is desirable.How to Apply If this role sounds like you, click 'Apply'.
