Community Development (Community Services & Development)Government - Local (Government & Defence)Team Leader Community Development – Full TimeSalary: $102,340 - $108,555 per annumPlus up to 14.5% superannuation (conditions apply)Ref No: 24-131The Community Development team coordinates a range of programs, activities and events that develop a strong, resilient and connected community.We are looking for a qualified team leader with experience in leading, managing and coaching at an individual and team level as well as effective communication skills in engaging and building purposeful mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders. The successful candidate will assist with the strategic plan of community development operations at the City and be responsible for planning, developing, and reviewing the associated policy and procedures.
