The Role We seek an experienced and visionary Managing Director to lead Outcare into its next phase of growth and impact.
As Managing Director, you will provide strategic leadership, oversee day-to-day operations, and work closely with Outcare's Executive Team, to ensure that the organisation delivers high-quality and impactful services in line with the strategic plan, budget, legislative and contractual requirements. As the key organisational representative, you will be responsible for developing engaging and strong partnerships with a variety of government and non-government stakeholders, driving sustainability, growth, and excellence across all areas of the organisation.
You will also receive the support of a mutually beneficial relationship with the PeopleKind Group CEO and Executive Team.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement long-term strategies that align with the organisation's Vision, Purpose, Values and strategic objectives. Team Leadership: Inspire, motivate, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a positive culture of respect, collaboration and compassion. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government and non-government stakeholders, community partners, and the broader community. Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient use of resources, compliance with regulations, and delivery of high-quality services. Financial Stewardship: Ensure the financial health of the organisation, developing sustainable revenue streams and managing budgets effectively. Innovation and Growth: Champion new initiatives and approaches that enhance service delivery and expand the organisation's reach and impact. More About You You are a strategic and dynamic leader with a proven track record in senior management roles. You are passionate about making a positive social impact and embody the values that drive our work - respect, compassion, courage, resilience, and collaboration. Your ability to lead with empathy, while making tough decisions with integrity, will be key to your success in this role.
Essential Skills and Experience Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a purpose-driven organisation or sector. Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and driving sustainable growth. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. A track record of leading teams with respect and compassion, fostering a culture of collaboration and empowerment. Demonstrated resilience and courage in navigating complex challenges and making difficult decisions. A forward-thinking, innovative mindset, with a passion for driving continuous improvement.
