Bundaberg Hospital is seeking an enthusiastic Team Leader for our Specialist Outpatients Department (SOPD).
As the Team Leader, Specialist Outpatients Department (SOPD), you will manage, supervise, and coordinate a dedicated administrative team including Booking Officers ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the department.
Your opportunity: Manage, supervise and coordinate the administrative team including Booking Officers to ensure the delivery of safe, timely and equitable access to Elective Services Specialist Outpatients Department (SOPD) in accordance with Specialist Outpatients Implementation Standards and Policy whilst working within a dynamic and complex environment.Be the primary point of contact and liaison for the Health Service Elective Services SOPD Coordinator in operational matters relating to Elective Services SOPD.Provide high-level, confidential and patient-focused support and assistance to the Health Services Elective Services SOPD Coordinator in the management, planning, coordination, monitoring and evaluation of efficient and effective delivery of Elective Services SOPD in order to achieve Strategic and Operational goals of the organisation.Our offer: You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $131,052 p.a., comprising salary between $105,568 - $114,861 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO5) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f.)
