The Accounts Receivable and Banking team within Financial Operations is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated leader to join the Banking team.
This position is offered on a permanent full-time basis.

Responsibilities Include: As the Team Leader Banking you will:
Assist in the development, management and delivery of the banking activities undertaken by the Accounts Receivable and Banking Team, departmental business units and schools.Identify, implement and monitor benchmarked performance indicators that reinforce the value of services to clients of the department, including schools and departmental business units.Coordinate the activities of the Banking Team with emphasis on providing guidance, training and compliance with government and departmental legislation, policies and standards.Ensure a high level of service delivery which maintains client satisfaction.Provide advice to clients relating to banking issues and ensure that issues are quickly resolved within agreed timeframes and escalated where necessary.This position leads a small team of banking staff.
The Team Leader Banking reports to the Manager, Accounts Receivable and Banking, Financial Operations, Financial Services, Finance, Procurement and Facilities Division.
