About the Role:You will be the Team Leader for the Narrabeen Retirement Living administration team, responsible for ensuring the team provides a high-quality customer service experience for residents, visitors and employees. The reception desk is the first point of contact for residents, relatives and employees, supporting the day-to-day administration and reception functions for the Village.
The reception team provides a broad range of general administration support, including but not limited to, making appointments, first point of contact at reception, high volume of inbound calls, diary management, meeting room bookings, first level of complaint handling, filing, and scanning.
In addition, this Team Leader role will be responsible for:
Management and oversight of tasks and responsibilities of reception team members.Allocation of tasksFirst point of escalation for queries and complaintsOwnership of service quality and customer serviceResponsible for adherence to processes and procedures by the teamRostering of shifts and breaksResolution of minor staff issues prior to escalation to the managerThe ideal applicant will have the following skills and experiences: Experienced Administration Team Leader in Aged Care or a similar Health Care organisationExperience in a front-facing customer service roleExperience in prioritising and allocation of tasks and supporting a teamHigh level administration, organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to work autonomously as well as part of a teamAbility to efficiently respond to inbound calls and emails as well as in-person enquiriesOutstanding customer service and communication skills along with written and verbal skillsResilience and ability to manage complaints and problem solveAbove average computer literacy, in particular Microsoft Office and experience in CRM systemsOur benefits:
