About The RoleAs the HR Manager, you will partner with key stakeholders to ensure alignment between HR strategies and business objectives.
You will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
Your expertise will be vital in driving HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and compliance with legislative requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide HR leadership to align business objectives with the People strategySupport Business Department leaders with HR impact analysis and cost managementLead the recruitment process and develop targeted learning and development programsDrive employee engagement through reward and recognition programsOversee core HR programs such as KPI setting, performance management, and succession planningEnsure compliance with federal and state legislation, including award interpretation and payrollManage HR systems and maintain accurate employee recordsAbout YouExperienced HR Manager with a focus on talent management, employee relations and compliance.Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or a related fieldStrong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levelsProven ability to translate strategic HR objectives into operational plansExcellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and problem-solving abilityApproachable, flexible, and able to work autonomously as well as part of a teamFamiliarity with Awards and industrial relations is highly desirableThe BenefitsCompetitive salary package of $180,000 + benefitsOpportunity to work within a dynamic and fast-paced FMCG environmentOngoing professional development and career advancement opportunitiesSouthwest locationSeniority levelNot Applicable
