How you'll make an impact We are seeking a Team Leader for Administration to provide day-to-day management and technical expertise to the team, ensuring the delivery of cost effective, professional and customer-focused service, whilst developing staff and implementing quality initiatives.
On a day to day basis you will: Overseeing the performance of the team and ensuring KPI achievement to assist the business in meeting it's performance needs according to client contract Identify skill gaps, create and deliver refresher training to address key areas and upskill staff and succession planning.
Improve quality and processes across the team Manage daily workflow in order to maintain client service standards – Internal and External Responsible for the people leadership and management of the team Escalation point for the claims team on technical matters Build and develop external business relationships with the client and external network To ensure a high level of customer service is maintained whilst applying GB and client principles To maintain compliance standards in line with GB and client contractual requirements About you We are interested in hearing from people who have: Demonstrated experience in the insurance industry with a background in directly managing a team within a Claims environment being highly desirable Exposure to or working knowledge of General Insurance Ability to build and develop business relationships with Clients and Service Provider High level interpersonal skills and solid team player attitude Proven experience in achieving business targets Strong coaching, mentoring and negotiation skills Experience in relationship building and stakeholder management Ability and desire to work as part of a team Working with us: GB values its employees and offers a friendly, comfortable working environment that facilitates a Work and Life Balance!
