We are looking for a Team Leader - Payments who will oversee the direction of an Information Technology (IT) area within our payments domain, while leading and developing individuals and teams to achieve goals and deliver RBA outcomes.

About the role We require someone who is focused on security, stability and quality of the systems they deliver and to form a high performing team with the same focus. Responsibility for leading a technical team to deliver critical technical outcomes. Responsible for the governance and quality of the team's practices and code delivery. A focus on continual improvement and lifting maturity of the broader team through innovation and change. About you The ability to form a team of innovative and curious individuals and providing the guidance to deliver critical technology changes. Proven experience on delivering major development projects, problem resolution and leading technical teams. Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills, both business and technical facing.
