Due to an exciting period of growth, we're now seeking an additional Occupational Therapist to join this dynamic team in a team lead capacity. Key Duties: Support a client-centered and evidence-based practice modelProvide collaborative approach to therapy across disciplines Play a key role in review and implementation of clinical protocolsProviding training and supervision to Occupational Therapists Assisting with the future development of the OT TeamReduced caseload to maximise time for leadership duties Managing a tailored caseload in areas of interest/expertise; FCAs, Home Modifications, Assistive Technology, Stroke Rehabilitation, Paediatrics, Neurological Conditions, Brain Injuries or Mental HealthGenerous base salary on offer dependent on experience$1000 CPD budget & study leave provided Genuine work-life balance: 9 day fortnight, part time hours & more!
