Due to an exciting period of growth, we're now seeking an additional Occupational Therapist to join this dynamic team in a team lead capacity. Key Duties: Support a client-centered and evidence-based practice model Provide a collaborative approach to therapy across disciplines Play a key role in review and implementation of clinical protocols Providing training and supervision to Occupational Therapists Assisting with the future development of the OT Team Reduced caseload of your own to maximise time for lead duties Managing a tailored caseload in areas of interest/expertise; FCAs, Home Modifications, Assistive Technology, Stroke Rehabilitation, Paediatrics, Neurological Conditions, Brain Injuries or Mental Health Generous base salary on offer dependent on experience $1000 CPD budget & study leave provided Genuine work-life balance: 9 day fortnight, part time hours & more!
