Due to an exciting period of growth, we're now seeking an additional Occupational Therapist to join this dynamic team in a team lead capacity.
Key Duties:
Support a client-centered and evidence-based practice model Provide collaborative approach to therapy across disciplines Play a key role in review and implementation of clinical protocols Providing training and supervision to Occupational Therapists Assisting with the future development of the OT Team Reduced caseload to maximise time for leadership duties Managing a tailored caseload in areas of interest/expertise; FCAs, Home Modifications, Assistive Technology, Stroke Rehabilitation, Paediatrics, Neurological Conditions, Brain Injuries or Mental Health Generous base salary on offer dependent on experience $1000 CPD budget & study leave provided Genuine work-life balance: 9 day fortnight, part time hours & more! Therapy resources provided for all clinicians - mobile kit & in clinic Clinic base & office space for you to work from Existing team of Occupational Therapists to join Leadership and clinical training provided in house & externally Work within a close-knit multidisciplinary team environment What We Need From You: Relevant qualification in Occupational Therapy Experience providing support and mentoring junior clinicians Experience working within the NDIS & disability sector Proven experience working with clients presenting various needs Current Working with Children's Check Current NDIS Worker Screening Check Current and clean drivers license Excellent communication skills & fantastic time management Ready take the next step in your career?
