Due to an exciting period of growth, we're now seeking an additional Occupational Therapist to join this dynamic team in a team lead capacity.
Key Duties: Support a client-centered and evidence-based practice modelProvide a collaborative approach to therapy across disciplinesPlay a key role in review and implementation of clinical protocolsProviding training and supervision to Occupational TherapistsAssisting with the future development of the OT TeamReduced caseload of your own to maximise time for lead dutiesManaging a tailored caseload in areas of interest/expertise; FCAs, Home Modifications, Assistive Technology, Stroke Rehabilitation, Paediatrics, Neurological Conditions, Brain Injuries or Mental HealthGenerous base salary on offer dependent on experience$1000 CPD budget & study leave providedGenuine work-life balance: 9 day fortnight, part time hours & more!Therapy resources provided for all clinicians - mobile kit & in clinicClinic base & office space for you to work fromExisting team of Occupational Therapists to joinLeadership and clinical training provided in house & externallyWork within a close-knit multidisciplinary team environmentWhat We Need From You:Relevant qualification in Occupational TherapyExperience providing support and mentoring junior cliniciansExperience working within the NDIS & disability sectorProven experience working with clients presenting various needsCurrent Working with Children's CheckCurrent NDIS Worker Screening CheckCurrent and clean driver's licenseExcellent communication skills & fantastic time managementReady to take the next step in your career?
