Job DescriptionAs the Team Lead, Insurance Claims at GROW, you will:
Ensure claim work items are completed by the team within agreed SLAs and communicate any potential SLA risks ahead of time for corrective action to take place.Support, coach and mentor the Insurance Claims team.Take ownership to maintain the highest level of quality for your team's claim work items and collaborate with the team to address any identified quality gaps.Ensure incidents are reported and, when needed, assist with incident remediation.When requested, provide support in complaint management activities with internal and external stakeholders related to Insurance Claims and RG271.Support the Head of Administration in delegated tasks.Provide input and feedback into business enhancements.Support any client enquiries.Manage business incident remediation.Review and put forward business rules and procedure updates for the team in consultation with clients.QualificationsAt GROW, we believe that experience and passion matter more than just qualifications on paper.
However, to be successful in this role, we're ideally looking for candidates based in Melbourne or Sydney who have:
