Team Lead – Adult Complex & Severe Mental Health ServicesPart-time (0.8FTE) position until June 2025 (possibility to extend.

We are excited to announce that we are recruiting into the position of Team Leader for the Enhanced Adult Complex and Severe Mental Health Service, a collaborative initiative between EACH and Health Voyage.
As the Team Leader, you will spearhead the implementation of an enhanced model of care for clients referred through the Primary Mental Health Program.
This pivotal role involves establishing robust clinical governance systems, integrating existing mental health nurse staff into the new care model, and developing comprehensive supervision and support structures for new team members.
You will be working closely with senior staff, including the consultant psychiatrist, senior Health Voyage staff, and the Service Manager, while also holding a negotiated clinical caseload.

To excel in this position, you will also possess the following:
Significant experience leading, mentoring and managing a multi-disciplinary team, growing a team and expanding a service or practice.Knowledge and experience in clinical governance, including undertaking clinical audits and risk management processes.Significant experience in the provision of mental health care.Knowledge and understanding of the theory underpinning evidence-based interventions and clinical practice as well as demonstrated excellence in practical application of such, in the areas of complex and severe mental health.Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain linkages and networks with a range of external stakeholders to facilitate clear referral pathways.Relevant clinical qualificationse.g.
psychology, social work, mental health nursing setting or clinical delivery.
