In this entry level role, you'll bring your enthusiasm for customer service to a range of administrative tasks.

This position will be a full time, permanent rolebased in the Adelaide office, with flexibility to work from home.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Answer phone calls to and from team members and clients.
Assist with general administrative tasks, focusing on accuracy and detail.
Manage various tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Support with booking appointments and travel, coordinating with service providers.
Use computer systems and software to complete daily tasks.
ABOUT YOU Good communication skills to understand and help customers.
Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your own tasks.
Previous experience in customer service or office work is helpful but not required.
Eager to learn and support a team in a busy environment.
Some familiarity with workers compensation is a plus but not required.
