Onsite parking available Monday to Friday Williamstown location Our client is seeking a professional Team Coordinator to join their team based in Williamstown.
A growing business that now requires additional support as a Coordinator.
You will be the face of the company, liaising with clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities: Managing Reception Desk Providing quality administrative assistance Large switchboard operation - transferring calls, providing messages to the appropriate staff member when required Liaising with clients and families and advising appropriate staff members on visitor arrival  General data entry – updating system in regards to client files Scheduling and booking appointments Assisting on general administration needs for staff members Managing stocktake for office supplies Assisting new clients enrolment Key Requirements:  Experience as a Team Coordinator position is highly advantageous Demonstrated experience operating a busy switchboard/ scheduling  Computer literate to intermediate level including (MS office suite & MindBody)  Excellent communication skills – verbal & written Ability to work within a high volume, team environment Ability to multitask and take initiative when required This role is based in Williamstown with onsite parking, a great team of working professionals to start in the next couple of weeks.
