Working with a technology consulting organisation in Melbourne's CBD, we are looking for a Customer Success Coordinator to join on a permanent basis.This role would be best suited to someone who has with excellent customer service and is a natural with technologies and picking up new systems with ease. The role is a blend of both phones and administration, supporting an internal team while also being the first port of call for (B2B) customers and any queries they have.The role: Supporting a Customer Success teamBe first point of contact for all customer queries/challenges and assigning them to the customer success teamAssisting with any frequently asked questions and escalating anything further to the teamOnboard new customers into the systemAd hoc administrationReportingThe successful candidate:Will have previously held roles which are administration and customer service mixed roles or held both types of roles in their careerIdeally held roles within professional services organisationsHave excellent customer service skills and also able to build relationships easilyBe keen to learn and grow their careerBe technology savvy and able to pick up new systems and processesThe organisation: Melbourne CBD location, very close to public transportFlexible working arrangements (2 days working from home) after the probation periodCompany bonus schemeSalary of $65,000 + superannuationSocial events and volunteer leaveFull unrestricted working rights requiredIf this role sounds of interest, please apply here today as we will be reviewing applications as they are submitted
