Team CoordinatorJob Description Summary Job Description Cushman & Wakefield are seeking a Team Coordinator to join our Office Leasing team in Melbourne. The purpose of the Team Coordinator role is to provide administrative support to all professional staff, contributing to the efficiency of the team. This role will ensure that all services and activities are delivered with the highest level of detail. As a key "go-to" person for the team, you will ensure that any issues or requests are resolved effectively.
You will also be responsible for: Provide administrative support to the teamPromotion and marketing of deals via LinkedIn, Instagram, and Electronic mail-outsPlanning and delivering team events, client events, workshops and training sessionsCoordinating the archiving of soft files and hard files to storage, including allocating leases and contracts of saleDiary management and travel planning - booking for the three team leadersAssist all departments with the preparation and production of reports both amending (including tracked changes/revision marks) and copy typing.Be part of team meetings, including taking meeting minutes.Assisting with information or reporting requests from the management team.Assisting departments in putting together contracts of sale, vendor statements.To be successful in this role you will have: Experience working within a similar role, property industry preferred, not essential.Background in Marketing is advantageousExperience in administration is essential.Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.A 'can do' attitude, with excellent problem-solving skills.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
