The Company An established well capitalised property developer with a significant national project pipeline. They are currently looking for to recruit a Team Assistant for their North Sydney.
The Opportunity: In this multi-faceted role, you will provide general support to the Sydney team managing the day-to-day operations of the office. Some of your duties will include:
General PA support to the Director – flight bookings, expenses etcEmail managementAssisting with the creation of Information Memorandums, board reporting, PowerPoint presentationsManaging legal documents, bank guarantees, correspondence with external consultants/solicitors/government bodiesPreparation of board reportingGeneral office management duties eg maintaining office supplies, IT requirements, tenancy related issuesCoordinating eventsThe Candidate:To be successful in this role you will have a number of years experience in an administrative capacity as a Team Assistant, PA or Office Manager within a corporate environment. Naturally you will be highly organised, with superior communication skills and most importantly enjoy working in a close team environment. Experience working within the property, development or construction industry will be highly regarded although not essential.
