Your New Role

As a Team Assistant, you'll be an integral part of our Strategy & Transformation team, providing top-notch administrative support to the GM Strategy & Transformation and the Leadership Team.
Your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our team, from managing calendars to handling ad-hoc tasks with finesse.

You'll be at the heart of our transformation initiatives, assisting with the delivery of key projects and coordinating important papers for Board & Committee meetings.
Your organisational skills will shine as you manage travel, accommodation, and conference bookings, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
But that's not all!
You'll also play a pivotal role in welcoming new staff and facilitating our Strategy, Transformation & Value Management Office (VMO) activities, making sure everyone feels right at home from day one.

In this role, you will:

Provide administrative support to the GM Strategy & Transformation and the Leadership Team to facilitate effective use of time and maximise interaction with key stakeholdersAssist with the delivery of Strategy, Transformation, and Value Management Office (VMO) initiatives and activitiesCoordinate and submit Strategy, Transformation & VMO papers for Board & Committee meetingsManage travel, accommodation, and conference bookingsSupport the induction of new staff and facilitate Strategy, Transformation & VMO activities How do you exceed our expectations?

You are highly organised, reliable and have strong stakeholder management skills.

You will have:
Prior experience in a similar roleProficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointA typing speed of at least 70 words per minuteAccuracy and speed in preparing documentation, both words and numericHigh-quality standards and attention to detailOrganisational skills to juggle multiple priorities and follow through to completion while maintaining flexibility as priorities changeThe ability to understand and respect sensitive issues and maintain confidentialityThe capacity to think ahead and anticipate needsThe ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team, cooperating with colleagues and willingly helping out during workload fluctuationsProven ability to work with senior-level stakeholders Employee Experience
