Role Overview: We're on the lookout for a talented Team Assistant to drive the administrative engine for a high-performing team of five. In this pivotal role, you'll be the linchpin for marketing initiatives, contractor coordination, and CRM management. Your knack for organisation and eye for detail will be crucial in delivering top-notch support and helping our client stay ahead of the curve in a booming industry. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Campaigns: Dive into the creative process! Design and orchestrate eye-catching advertising for property campaigns, from internet listings and e-magazines to dazzling mail-outs. Contractor Coordination: Be the mastermind behind smooth operations by managing relationships with contractors, including CX services, photographers, and print media. Document Management: Showcase your expertise by drafting, reviewing, and preparing a range of documents—think marketing materials, PowerPoint presentations, and more—all using InDesign. Property Research: Unearth the latest and greatest property insights through comprehensive research using tools like RP Data, City Scope, Near Maps, and council sites. File Organization: Maintain impeccable property folders in Dropbox, ensuring every detail is meticulously organized. Reporting: Keep the team in the loop with monthly Conjunction booklets and Market Updates that capture the pulse of the market. CRM Management: Take charge of the CRM system (Vault), ensuring all contact information for vendors, purchasers, and sales details is accurate and up-to-date. Documentation Preparation: Prepare essential documents such as lease offers, sales advice, heads of agreements, and agency agreements with precision. Administrative Delegation: Support and delegate tasks related to Cooee administration duties, keeping everything running smoothly. Experience Required: Extensive experience in commercial administration. Experience in InDesign, CRM systems, and document management. Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
