They value curiosity, talent, and the unique contributions of every individual.The Role:We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Team Assistant to support our clients expanding Wealth Management Division. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a close-knit team within a progressive and professional firm. If you are looking for a role where your contributions are valued and you can grow your career, we want to hear from you!Duties:Maintain and update client databases with accuracy and attention to detail.Input and manage client data efficiently to ensure all information is up-to-date.Prepare and format client correspondence using templates, ensuring professionalism and clarity.Pre-populate forms on behalf of clients, ensuring all necessary information is accurately included.Photocopy, scan, print, and bind documents as required, ensuring all materials are well-organized.Communicate with external parties via phone and email on behalf of clients, assisting with inquiries such as term deposit instructions and account balances.Check and record client cash balances regularly to keep track of financial status.Handle internal and external document deliveries efficiently and professionally.Assist with the reconciliation of credit card statements, ensuring accuracy in financial records.Help process fund transfers and pay invoices on behalf of clients using bulk transactions.Provide general administrative support to Client Service Officers (CSOs) and the wider team as needed.About you:Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a team.Willingness to learn and take initiative.High attention to detail and accuracy.How to Apply:Interested candidates should apply today!Please note that this is a permanent opportunity and those with PR/Australian Citizens can only be considered.Only Shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
