The Opportunities The purpose of the role is to provide support to the Executive team Provide high-quality, timely, and effective support to Executive level staff Assist the team in managing the group corporate reporting obligations Work across various compliance projects Administrative tasks Manage the document management system Assist the team in managing the group's corporate reporting obligations Taking meeting notes, filing reports, checking in with stakeholders Lease administration The Ideal Candidate Attention to detail and delivery of high-quality and timely outputs Experience providing legal or company secretarial support (ASX preferred however not essential) A Team player – always considering others in your team and working collaboratively Exceptional organisational and time management skills Flexibility and resilience to manage rapidly changing priorities and demands Excellent written and oral communication skills and willingness to assist others in the office Proactive, with energy and commitment to working in a dynamic environment 2 - 3 years plus experience in a similar role Working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word) The Benefits Great work culture Working with a great mentor in the industry Ongoing training provided Career growth opportunity Structured management Please call Naomi Vilar on 0431 209 888 for more information or email your CV to .
