They have an international network of experienced industry specialists working across wealth management, self-managed super fund accounting, corporate advisory, institutional sales and trading, research, and funds management.As the Team Assistant, you will be an integral part of the team. In this role, you will be supporting multiple managing directors, executive directors, and their team. The team that you will be supporting is based in both Sydney and Melbourne.Role duties include but are not limited to:Preparing email correspondenceMaintenance of folders and filing systemsPrinting and preparing documents ahead of meetingsDesktop publishing overflowMonitoring stationery suppliesUtilising the online travel booking portal to coordinate travel arrangements as requiredReconciliation of monthly expenses for the teamDiary managementAssistance in planning, implementing, and executing internal and external meetings and events.Coordination of catering for internal and external meetingsOther administrative duties as neededWe are looking for an individual that can manage in a fast-paced environment. You will be assisting multiple executives at any one time, so your ability to manage competing priorities whilst maintaining high attention to detail is crucial.
