About the RoleLendlease is searching for a Team Assistant to join our Melton Hospital Team, based in the Design office, in the CBD. As Team Assistant you will directly support the Project Director and wider project team across various tasks. You will proactively gain an understanding of the team's priorities and commitments in order to manage diaries, organise and coordinate meetings, book travel, process invoices and expenses, and manage other general team-based administration. The role will involve the production and distribution of correspondence as well as assisting in the preparation of presentations, reports, and team events. You will be interfacing with the client, government, and other stakeholders throughout the project.
