Job Summary:
As a Team Assistant, you will provide professional, helpful and pro-active administrative and secretarial support to the Executive Assistants & Office Manager.
This position will have a primary focus on supporting our team of Executive Assistants to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.
This role will involve dealing with clients and third parties directly, as well as handling sensitive information so it is crucial that the Team Assistant has great interpersonal skills, is well-presented and professional at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative support to Executive Assistants & Office Manager Email and diary management.
Manage workflow in a timely and accurate manner to ensure client job deadlines are met.
Preparation of client correspondence.
Maintain an organised filing and database system.
Liaison with clients and high-level executives.
Supporting the wider administration team as needed/required.
Skills and experience:
The ideal candidate will be flexible and confident in their approach, quick to learn and pro-active.
Other skills required include:
Demonstrated experience in a similar administrative role.
Be able to work autonomously with little supervision, and as part of the team.
Prioritise work, take initiative, demonstrate flexibility and work under pressure with adherence to deadlines.
Microsoft Office skills with an advanced level of computer literacy.
Strong organisational abilities and time management skills.
Demonstrated ability in working to deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail.
High level of communication and interpersonal skills.
