This is a diverse and interesting role for an admin superstar! You would be providing team assistant support to the CEO Office, including managing the facilities functions for Head Office, and provide support to the WHS Committee with administrative functions as required.

How will you help?
You'll step right into in a key role at Teachers Health in our Head Office. The first point of contact in the office for our visitors, our Team Assistant will need to be friendly and able to use their initiative.
Key responsibilites include, but are not limited to; Provide concierge services for visitors to Head Office and organising visitors passes. Ownership of the Facilities email inbox, actioning and responding to all request in a timely manner. Monitor and manage Corporate Travel email inbox daily. Book all company travel (flights and accommodation) via Corporate Traveller portal, reconciliation of monthly invoices and statements Reconcile the Leadership Team and director corporate credit cards on a monthly basis. Provide team assistant support to the EA, CEO Office and Manager, Executive Services and EA to Group CEO, provide relief support as required. Manage daily facilities functions for Head Office, for example: liaise with building management and in-house cleaners, external contractors, coffee machine maintenance. Manage ongoing maintenance agreements with relevant contractors. Manage regular/planned maintenance, e.g. air conditioning, fridges, carpets, lighting. Manage Head Office meeting room calendars, including a daily check of all meeting rooms, and setting up the Boardroom for Committee and Board meetings. Provide administrative assistance to the WHS Committee as required What do you need?
This can be a demanding and busy role, which means you'll ideally have:
Excellent organisation and time management skills Customer service experience – concierge, hospitality or small office management experience will set you up well for this role Experience reconciling corporate credit cards, managing meeting room calendars and bookings in MS Outlook Ability to stay on top of daily facilities functions such as liaising with building maintenance and in-house cleaners, external contractors for air conditioning, carpets, lighting, restocking kitchen supplies Excellent computer literacy and keyboard proficiency with at least intermediate level MS Office skills How do I apply?
