The opportunity:
Our Group Sustainability Team are looking for a motivated Team Assistant who is passionate about sustainability and looking to learn and grow in a workplace that is a market leader within building sustainable properties across Australia. Reporting to the Group Head of Sustainability, the Team Assistant will provide administration support to the Group Sustainability Team in assisting them to operate effectively and provide an elevated level of service to internal and external customers.
Commencing as a 12 month fixed term parental leave contract, this role is part time with the flexibility to choose between 3 or 4 days per week with hours and days negotiable. We offer a flexible hybrid work model of office and work from home arrangements, with onsite parking provided and an easy walk to public transport. As the successful applicant, some of your responsibilities include:
Administrative support for the Group Sustainability team across Australia and Singapore
Assist with formatting and preparation of client submissions and presentations both internally and externally
Responding to queries and emails received to/from the team and directing them to the appropriate person
Diary management for Group Head of Sustainability and when required the wider team including but not limited to management of contact lists, organisational charts, all travel requirements, meeting room and taking of minutes
Organise and coordinate events as required including group workshops, training sessions and team events
Management of incoming invoicing and maintaining financial records
Reconciliation of Corporate Credit Cards and employee expense forms
Liaise with internal/external departments as procedural changes occur for continuous improvement.
You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:
Demonstrated experience in administration within a corporate environment
An interest in sustainability and ESG with a desire to be involved in projects
Advanced skills in MS Office Suite
Experience in SAP Systems is highly regarded but not essential
High level of written and verbal communication skills including strong and accurate typing skills with a high attention to detail
An enthusiastic, initiative-taking individual with an alignment of values and culture fit
Excellent organisational skills including the ability to prioritise and manage time
