Team Assistant – Corporate Secretary

About the role An opportunity exists for a confident and organised team player to join our Private Business and Family Advisory (PBFA) division as a Team Assistant working closely with our Corporate Secretarial team.
You will be required to use initiative and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and to tight deadlines with attention to detail.
You will need to be proactive and confident.
A mature approach coupled with exceptional written and verbal communication skills will be called upon.
This can be either a part time or full-time permanent role.
Key responsibilities Supporting the Private Business and Family Advisory division with corporate secretarial tasks Document preparations and correspondence Timesheets Creating new corporate entities in the corporate database and practice management system Maintaining the corporate database Ensuring all ASIC reporting deadlines are met including liaising with colleagues and clients Supporting the Corporate Secretarial Team where required including but not limited to ASIC mail and lodgements All other tasks as required from time to time Who we're after This position is best suited for individuals who are currently pursuing or have completed their certification in administration, or those who have a keen interest in pursuing a career in administration.
This role would suit a candidate with corporate secretarial experience or previous experience as an assistant responsible for organising and preparing compliance documents and correspondence.
To be successful in this role your qualities, skills, knowledge and tasks will include: Ability and confidence to interact with staff of all levels including Partners Demonstrated honesty and integrity when managing client information Team oriented with an ability to foster effective working relationship within the team Exceptional organisational abilities evidenced through managing high volume workflow Commitment to efficient administration/process improvement Monitor email queues and assign to team members Assistance with client communication management and service Technical skills/experience desired but not compulsory, include: Microsoft office Previous experience in CAS360 and ACIS an advantage What we offer At Pitcher Partners we believe success is better shared.
