On offer is: Toowoomba Based Full-Time, Permanent Role Supportive Team Environment Competitive Salary About the role: As an Administrator, you will be the heart of the teams' administrative operations, responsible for a wide variety of administration duties and providing support to both customers and staff.
Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include: Warmly welcoming and assisting customers via phone and email; Collaborating with the team to seamlessly ensure an exceptional customer experience; Collating business information and assisting with basic financial reports; Scheduling and booking meetings, ensuring efficiency in the dynamic workplace; Assisting in Workplace Health & Safety administration; Assisting in receipting, accounts receivable and accounts payable; and Embracing a variety of administrative duties as assigned by the Manager.
