Experienced Team Administrator –  Property Management Support a team of  Facility Managers 18 month fixed term contract starting Jan 2025 Perth | Mooroo | Land of the Whadjuk Noongar people CBRE is a global real estate and property services organization.

The Opportunity We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Team Administrator to join our highly successful property management team for our prestigious account, Charter Hall.
They operate in a fast paced, commercial environment that will utilise your attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
Some of your key responsibilities will include: Administrative support to the Facilities Management (FM) team including invoice queries, aged accruals, and document management Onboarding new starters in the state A pivotal point between onsite facility management team, FM Team leader and the client to ensure FM tasks are completed on time  Supporting national initiatives and driving participation and outcomes within the FM team Championing change such as process improvements and system updates  About you: Administration experience with the ability to organise and manage daily time critical tasks with accuracy and speed A proactive and positive approach to work with attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Strong Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel skills with the ability to learn new systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to build strong working relationships.
Intermediate to Advanced level in core Microsoft packages - particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
