What are you going to do:
Organising, attending and participating in Team and Stakeholder meetings
Facilitating meetings where appropriate
Documenting minutes and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
Administration of requests from stakeholders for Engineering resources and support
Requests for Engineering Standards access
Reporting for Engineering Team coordination
Interface with other functions including Studies, Contracts and Procurement, Recruitment, and Project Services to support Engineering Services across the portfolio
Supporting initiation and management of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and new vendor onboarding and processing
Financial reporting of purchase orders against budgets for the Engineering Team
Facilitating documentation input, reviews, and issuing reports
Interacting with colleagues and stakeholders in a positive and professional way to ensure that assigned tasks are completed on a timely basis
Introduction:
On behalf of our client, a High-Profile Global Renewable Energy Company, Brunel is presently recruiting a skilled Administrator to support the Downstream Engineering Team. This will be a 12 month maternity leave cover based in the Perth CBD.
Essential skills and knowledge:
Previous experience in a similar role supporting Engineering Contractors will be highly regarded
Familiarity with project management and reporting software is desirable
Exceptional time management and organisational skills
Ability to show initiative, pre-empt problems and provide solutions
Advanced reporting writing, interpersonal, and communications skills
Ability to work across multi-functions and engineering disciplines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
