We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Team Administrative Assistant to join our team on a key client account. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and administrative support to our portfolio nationally.
The Opportunity:Provide full administrative support and assistance to the Director, Portfolio Operations Manager and the wider team as required.Draft, review and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documentation.Prepare and format reports/meeting agendas, meeting minutes and prepare for final distribution.Prepare monthly expense reconciliations, maintain credit card transactions across the portfolio.Organise meetings, client activities and functions and provide assistance with the organisation of conferences, including identifying venues, organising entertainment & travel arrangements.Organise travel and accommodation for the team when required and maintain accurate travel expenditure records.Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees.Maintain portfolio document management systems and ensure file management systems are kept up to date and filing is undertaken on a regular basis as required.About You:Expert level and experience of core Microsoft Packages – Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.Experience in Administration within a fast-paced office environment.Excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to interact with a broad range of stakeholders.Attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.Strong organisational skills, the ability to problem solve and prioritise multiple tasks.Ability to take initiatives and work with minimal supervision.So, what's in it for you?Joining our team means surrounding yourself with talented, driven professionals who are at the top of their field.
